How it works
Fluorgan turns material into a cycle of review, memory, and decision.
You add the material. The system prepares it for review, tracks what happens when you try to remember, and organizes what deserves attention next.
Fluorgan does not end when a card is created. Value appears when material moves through quality, activation, active review, persisted memory, planning, metrics, and consolidation.
Overview
The flow is simple: material becomes cards, goes through a quality check, produces memory evidence, informs planning, and supports the next study decisions.
1. Bring material
Fluorgan does not require every piece of material to be created inside the app. Input can be manual, text-assisted, Pro PDF, or an Anki import, with real differences in limits and review before confirmation.
2. Prepare cards
The system organizes material into reviewable units. Each card needs to represent a question, relation, or retrieval target that can be judged during review.
3. Quality and activation
Not every created card should enter the active flow immediately. Card Health and gradual new-card release help control quality, capacity, and the amount of new material.
4. The first recall attempt
Review starts by trying to remember before seeing the answer. After reveal, Fluorgan separates whether recall happened and, when it did, how much effort it required.
5. review schedule and memory
The review schedule decides when that card should return based on persisted memory and review evidence. It estimates the return; it does not promise a perfect moment.
6. Today, Rhythm, and Safe Ahead
The review schedule and the study plan are not the same thing. Today organizes the present; Rhythm fits workload into real capacity; Safe Ahead can bring appropriate work forward within a safe window.
7. Metrics become decisions
After real reviews, Fluorgan builds distinct readings. They do not become a magic score; each metric keeps its own question and evidence.
8. Consolidation closes the cycle
With enough accumulated evidence, a deck can move into consolidation verification. That does not mean permanent memory or remove future reinforcement.
9. Where AI fits
Generative AI participates as a preparation tool when used. It does not command the review schedule, calculate your memory, or decide that you learned.
10. Free vs Pro in the flow
Plan differences mainly affect scale, PDF, and diagnostic depth. Active review, Today, and the central cycle remain the product.
11. The continuous loop
Creating a card puts material into the system. The cycle continues as you review, update memory, recalculate priority, decide the next work, and review again.
12. What the system does not do
Explaining limits is part of trust. Fluorgan organizes real evidence, but it does not read minds, guarantee approval, or turn forecasts into guaranteed futures.
13. Next step
After understanding the cycle, the natural path is to start with real material, learn the method, and read metrics when evidence exists.
