Progress and diagnostics
Progress is not a grade. It is a set of signals about memory, coverage, workload, and quality.
Fluorgan turns study history into signals that help decide what deserves attention without creating a super score.
Overview
Progress reads retention, readiness, workload, quality, attempt evidence, consolidation, Error Clinic, Weekly, and Strategy as different layers of available evidence.
There is no super score
Retention, readiness, workload, Health, Recall Integrity, and consolidation are not summed into one magic number.
The six questions
Retention asks whether I would remember now; readiness asks whether memory and coverage match the goal; workload asks what work is ahead; Card Health asks whether the card is well structured; Recall Integrity asks what happened during the attempt; consolidation asks whether enough evidence has accumulated.
Evidence before interpretation
The number and the strength of evidence must be read together. Ready, empty, insufficient evidence, stale, error, and not applicable change the interpretation.
Change over time
Progress helps notice trend, delta, stability, and change after new reviews without asserting automatic causality.
Daily Pulse
Daily Pulse is not an aggregate score. Protected work, safe-window adherence, remaining capacity, and new-card admission are independent signals.
Gaps, attention, and priority
Gaps and priority are practical signals based on available evidence, not judgments or an invented public formula.
Error Clinic
Error Clinic V1 looks for recurring patterns; Free receives a safe preview and Pro the full reading when the contract allows it. Diagnosis is not proven cause.
Card Health and Recall Integrity
Card Health diagnoses the instrument; Recall Integrity describes the attempt; Error Clinic looks for patterns; retention reads memory state.
Weekly
Weekly summarizes period changes without replacing Progress or inventing causality.
Strategy
Strategy can combine additional strategic signals; strategic_readiness is not readiness.
From metric to action
Educational signals can guide reviewing, expanding, correcting, reorganizing workload, or collecting more evidence without creating a public recommender.
Free and Pro
Free keeps essential readings and previews; Pro expands depth according to Capability Registry and entitlements, with no hardcoded numeric limits.
Limits
Progress does not know content outside the system, unrecorded answers, psychological causes, the full curriculum, future performance, or complete external context.
