Readiness
Readiness is a composite reading of how prepared the content you actually represented in the system is for the relevant goal. It is not a predicted grade, approval chance, absolute knowledge percentage, or a measure of what stayed outside Fluorgan.
What readiness means
The public question is: am I ready for my goal? The answer combines what you tend to remember, how much of the represented goal is consolidated, and how much deadline slack exists when deadline belongs to the contract.
The readiness signals
The main public readiness comes from metricId `readiness`: predicted retention, retained coverage, and deadline slack. Each signal answers a different question and none of them means approval.
Retention is not coverage
High retention with low coverage is possible. You may remember existing cards very well while still representing little of the goal.
Representation
The system can evaluate only what you represented. Missing cards do not mean knowledge or lack of knowledge: they mean missing measurable representation.

This example shows how the signals relate. It uses synthetic presets and does not calculate your real readiness.
Deadline and goals
The deadline changes the decision, not your past knowledge. In canonical readiness, a missing date is neutral; in assessment readiness, missing deadline can make capacity unavailable.
Assessment scope
A specific assessment belongs to a goal, has its own scope, and deduplicates cards when subject and deck overlap. Without scope, that assessment has no base.
Evidence
A composition is not more reliable than its weakest material link. Low evidence, partial, and unavailable must remain visible.
Interpretation scenarios
Mixed scenarios help decide between expanding coverage and consolidating memory without creating editorial thresholds.
Different readiness views
General readiness, strategic readiness, and assessment readiness are not the same number. They have different scopes, components, and states.
Limits
Readiness does not measure approval chance, future grade, knowledge outside the system, perfect transfer, whole curriculum quality, anxiety, fatigue, or every performance factor.
